Refund policy

At Naughty Dolls, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal products sold on our website may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

Return Request
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
